Ищу многофункционального и опытного логиста/специалиста ВЭД в международный стартап.

Команда (~50 человек)
Algorithms & Machine Learning, Discovery Laboratory, Hardware & Embedded, Neuroscience, Software, Product & Delivery, People Partnership & Administration.
Локации: Кипр, США, Польша, Армения
Формат работы: офис или полный ремоут
Занятость: полная


Ключевые обязанности:
- Закупка оборудования для производственных нужд компании: поиск поставщиков, заключение контрактов, контроль поставок и координация с отделом снабжения.
- Управление логистическими цепочками для обеспечения бесперебойного функционирования производства, включая планирование и оптимизацию поставок комплектующих.
- Организация и управление логистикой произведенной продукции: от склада до конечного клиента, в том числе координация доставки и взаимодействие с транспортными компаниями.
- Работа с международными службами доставки, такими как FedEx и DHL, для обеспечения своевременных и безопасных грузоперевозок.
- Опыт работы в регионах APAC, EU, USA, включая управление всеми этапами внешнеэкономической деятельности и логистики.
- Подбор кодов ТН ВЭД и расчет таможенных платежей для оптимизации поставок.
- Проверка сделок на соответствие международным правовым нормам и правилам ВЭД.
- Контроль правильности составления транспортных накладных, контрактов и инвойсов в соответствии с международными стандартами.

Практический опыт работы с логистикой и поставками в регионах APAC, EU, USA.
Уверенное знание английского обязательно, знание китайского будет большим плюсом.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Junior professional to help ULTRA.VC with Scouting Analytics.
You will be working closely with the Head of Scouting and Analytics - Yury Shlahanau.
As an Intern, you will have a chance to learn about the entrepreneurial ecosystem in the EU and the future of tech in the region; you will start building your network in the VC world; you will gain insights which may help to figure out your career path.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

1️⃣ Finding and engaging with promising startup founders and teams:
- Searching in different online databases for relevant sources of startups and founders’ contacts;
- Online monitoring for new potential leads;
- Analyzing startups for the fit with ULTRA.VC’s investment strategy;
- Reaching out to founders and getting relevant status information.

2️⃣ Assisting with doing market and competitor research:
- Providing relevant data points to help ULTRA.VC make informed decisions about which startups to invest in.

3️⃣ Operational matters:
- Arranging meetings with promising teams;
- Keeping the CRM up to date;
- Keeping stakeholders updated on the status of most promising prospects.

**You Will be a Great Fit if You Are:
**- Studying or have been studying Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field;
- Naturally curious;
- Eager to break into the startup world;
- Love (like really love) technology and communicating with people a lot (like really a lot);
- Not afraid of crunching numbers;
- Speak fluent English.
