HEAD OF TREASURY (ГЛАВА КАЗНАЧЕЙСТВА)

We create infrastructure for global transactions, operate in a multi-currency environment, and interact with financial partners in various jurisdictions.
 
**Role Description
** 
We are looking for an experienced specialist for the position of Head of Treasury, who will lead the company’s treasury function, ensure liquidity management, efficiency of payment processes, and interaction with international banking partners.
 
**Key Responsibilities
** 
▪ Management of cash flows, planning and forecasting.
▪ Control of incoming and outgoing payments according to the payment calendar.
▪ Optimization of balances and ensuring liquidity.
▪ Control of treasury department processes.
▪ Participation in Technical Specifications related to automation and improvement of processes, reporting and controls on the company platform.
▪ Placement of deposits and overnights, selection of the best conditions.
▪ Conversion operations and FX dealing.
▪ Consulting internal departments on treasury-related issues.
▪ Control of movement of funds on operational and client accounts.
▪ Development and implementation of treasury process regulations to improve control and transparency.
▪ Interaction with partner banks.
▪ Control of compliance with currency legislation of various jurisdictions.
▪ Optimization of routes of client funds movement.
▪ Analysis of complex cases and development of solutions.
▪ Preparation of reporting and analysis of operational efficiency.
▪ Control of partner banks’ requests.
▪ Control of execution of international payments via SWIFT, SEPA and other methods.
 
**Requirements
** 
▪ At least 5 years of experience in treasury or international financial operations.
▪ Practical experience executing SWIFT, SEPA and other international payments.
▪ Deep understanding of funds management, FX operations, liquidity and international settlements.
▪ Experience interacting with international banks.
▪ Fluent English, written and spoken.
▪ Experience in process optimization and development of regulations.
▪ Analytical mindset, attention to detail and responsibility.
 
**Conditions
** 
▪ Compensation level is discussed with the successful candidate.
▪ Possible location: Cyprus or Mauritius.
▪ Probation period: 6 months.
▪ Participation in the corporate incentive program after the probation period.
▪ Schedule: Mon–Fri, 09:00–19:00.
▪ Corporate equipment and communication provided.
