Assistant (with opportunity for legal work) - remote, part-time, flexible schedule
Our Cyprus company is seeking an organized and proactive Assistant to support our European law firm specializing in the Caucasus and Central Asia (Azerbaijan, Armenia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Mongolia). This role combines classic executive support with the opportunity to contribute to legal work, depending on your background and interests (not necessarily).
Your Responsibilities
• Manage calendars, schedule and reschedule appointments (professional and personal)
• Communicate with service providers and clients
• Email management support
• Research and book travel arrangements (flights, hotels, restaurants)
• Prepare and issue invoices, collect and structure documents for accounting
• Maintain and organize digital files (contracts, client documents, invoices, etc.)
• Track payments and reminders in the calendar, monitor deadlines
• Proofread, format, and edit legal documents and contracts
• Organize work with other employees and monitor their execution
• Optional: assist with legal-related tasks, depending on your qualifications
Your Profile
• Strong organizational skills
• Languages: German, English and Russian (all from at least B2 and higher)
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setup
• Experience in administrative, assistant, or office management roles preferred
• Legal background or interest in legal work is a plus (but not mandatory)
• High level of discretion and trustworthiness
