Ararat – The Signature Collection is hiring an experienced Marketing Manager to lead strategic marketing initiatives with a focus on the Russian-speaking market.
✨ Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement marketing strategies for Russian-speaking clients
• Plan advertising campaigns, PR & events
• Manage digital marketing (social media & content in Russian/English)
• Build strong partnerships with agencies & media
• Market research & trend analysis
• Collaborate with Sales & Management teams
✅ Requirements:
• Proven experience as Marketing Manager (luxury hospitality preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Russian market & culture
• Fluency in Russian & English (spoken & written)
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills
• Digital marketing expertise
• Degree in Marketing/Business (Master’s a plus)
