🔥 Sales Development Representative - SDR (Cyprus based - Remote)**
We’re looking for a driven SDR based in Cyprus to generate and qualify B2B leads in Europe, Middle East & US markets.
🔹 What you’ll do:
- Research and target new prospects across Europe, Middle East & US
- Run outbound campaigns via email, LinkedIn & cold calls
- Qualify leads through discovery calls and live chat
- Schedule meetings and demos with decision-makers
- Keep CRM data up to date
- Work closely with marketing and sales to optimise outreach
🔹 What we need:
- 3+ years in sales, business development or lead generation (IT outsourcing or software services preferred)
- Strong grasp of B2B processes (BANT, MEDDIC)
- Fluent English; Ukrainian or Russian a plus
- Proficient with HubSpot, Salesforce or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Target-driven and adaptable to ME & US time zones
- Currently located in Cyprus (remote OK)
