Why This Role Exists:
As our company rapidly scales, we are seeking a dynamic Head of Trading to strengthen our team. The role will focus on developing and implementing trading strategies that will drive company growth, enhance the trading experience, and improve the overall product offering.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective trading strategies to ensure sustainable company growth;
- Manage and optimize trading platforms and dealing operations;
- Oversee risk management procedures and ensure compliance with regulatory standards;
- Conduct commercial analysis to improve trading performance;
- Lead and expand the trading team, ensuring high performance and collaboration;
- Monitor market trends and adapt strategies to maximize revenue opportunities.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing trading operations within financial markets;
- Strong knowledge of trading platforms and financial instruments (CFDs, forex, commodities, indices, etc.);
- At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role within trading departments;
- Deep understanding of risk management and trading strategies;
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to drive results through data-driven insights;
- Proficiency in Ukrainian or Russian and English languages;
- Willingness to relocate to Cyprus.
