🌐 What you'll be doing:

- Exploring and integrating other PSPs, understanding the dynamics of acquiring, P2P transactions, and leading first-person payment methods.
- Managing a team and crafting innovative payment products.
- Focusing on GEOs such as Russia, India, Bangladesh, Thailand, Uzbekistan, with plans for expansion into other regions.
- Being an expert, understanding traffic patterns, and identifying key players in the industry.
- Finding or creating solutions, deeply understanding the product landscape.
- Utilizing experience in high-risk payment environments, including knowledge of P2P solutions and e-commerce.
- Knowledge of KYC processes in banks (preferable).
- Experience in cryptocurrency processing with a basic understanding of how crypto exchanges operate.
- Understanding key issues and needs in the betting and gambling market.
- Knowledge of current working conditions (betting stakes) in different GEOs.
