We are looking for a motivated Junior Lead Generation Specialist to join our team and help expand our client base for international payment solutions (SWIFT & Crypto). The ideal candidate will proactively reach out to potential clients from our database, engage key decision-makers, and convert them into customers. No prior experience is required—strong research skills, CRM proficiency, and language abilities are key.


Key Responsibilities:
Identify and contact key decision-makers of potential clients in internet sources (CEOs, CFOs, COO, Key Managers etc.)
Conduct market research to find new potential clients interested in SWIFT & Crypto payment solutions.
Initiate contact via email, calls, LinkedIn, and other channels to introduce Collect Group’s services.
Qualify leads and pass them to the sales team for conversion.
Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
Track lead status and follow up systematically.
Work closely with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead-generation strategies.
Provide feedback on market trends and client needs.


Requirements:
Fluent in English (written & spoken).
Basic knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
Strong online research skills to identify and verify leads.
Proactive, persistent, and goal-oriented.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Basic understanding of international payments (SWIFT/Crypto).
Previous experience in cold outreach, telemarketing, or sales support.
