*About the Company:*
Travel company Smarttravel Solutions is a dynamic and growing company that invites an experienced accountant with knowledge of the SAP system to join its team.
*Responsibilities:*
• Proficient in accounting software
including SAP, E-soft, Soft-one, Microsoft CRM and Excel, with a
strong understanding of accounting principles.
• Develop, maintain, and analyze budgets, preparing periodic
reports that compare budgeted costs to actual
costs.Financial Invoices for Customers and Suppliers.
• Manage and Posting accounting transactions: Handle all
accounting transactions, ensuring accuracy and
compliance with regulations.
• Reconcile Accounts: Reconcile accounts payable and
receivable, ensuring all financial data is accurate and up-todate.
• Bank and Cash Reconciliation: Reconcile bank and Cash
balances and ensure timely bank payments.
• Oversee Financial Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely
financial reporting, including balance sheets, income
statements, and other financial documents.
• Maintain General Ledger: Manage and maintain the general
ledger, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately.
• Prepare Tax Returns: Handle the preparation of tax returns,
support for the external audits.
• Debit, credit, and total accounts on computer spreadsheets
and databases, using specialized accounting software.
• Reconcile or note and report discrepancies found in records.
*Requirements:*
- Higher education in accounting, finance, or economics. A candidate with a higher education will have higher priority when considering a vacant position.
- At least 3 years of experience as an accountant
- Knowledge of tax legislation
- Mandatory knowledge of the SAP program
- Attention to detail and high level of responsibility
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Experience with online banking (Revolut, Bank of Cyprus etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Russian is an advantage.
