Job responsibilities:
- Full-cycle recruitment
- Communication with hiring managers, building trusting relationships.
- Making engaging, sales-driven descriptions.
- Interviewing candidates, presenting to teams, coordination at all stages.
- Contribution to building recruitment processes and other HR projects.

**Requirements:
**- 3+ year experience in IT recruitment.
- English level from B2.
- Experience in Recruiting University Graduates.
- Demonstrated experience in utilizing streamlined methods for candidate sourcing.
- Experience in developing hiring strategies and planning recruitment processes with junior level specialists.
- Ability to efficiently organize the hiring process from start to finish.
- Demonstrated success in utilizing various channels to attract highly qualified candidates.
- Experience in creating attractive job postings and working with online platforms.
- Skills in effective interviewing and candidate selection.
- Ability to make well-founded decisions in personnel selection.
- Experience in effective communication with leadership and colleagues to determine staffing needs.
- Ability to maintain positive relationships within the workgroup.
- Initiative in suggesting and implementing improvements to existing hiring processes.
- Ability to collaborate with other departments to optimize internal processes.
- Eagerness to follow trends in recruitment and the banking sector.
- Ability to continuously improve professional skills in the field of recruitment.
