An international company is seeking an energetic professional to fill the position of CRM Manager.

Location: Limassol

Requirements:

- Experience working with CRM systems (preferred);
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Docs;
- Knowledge of Polish and Russian;
- Initiative;
- Attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

- Administering the CRM system;
- Managing and maintaining the customer database;
- Coordinating the work of managers (tracking statistics on their activities, calls, and comments);
- Coordinating the flow of notifications among managers;
- Analyzing information about the company’s clients in Excel and Google Docs;
- Preparing reports on managers’ performance and client interactions.

Working Conditions:

- Work schedule: 10:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m.;
- In-house training;
- Work in a young, friendly team;
- Comfortable office in Limassol.
- Salary: 2,000 euros + bonuses

Main responsibilities:
- Searching for and attracting candidates for job openings using various sources (job search websites, social media, databases, etc.)
- Conducting initial interviews and screening candidates

Key Requirements:
- Successful work experience in this role or in an HR department (preferred)
- Fluency in English and Russian
