💼 Head of Sales | Premium Real Estate (Limassol)

We’re looking for a senior commercial leader to take full ownership of sales performance across high-end developments in Cyprus.

This is a market-facing role with real influence — not just managing agents, but driving:
💰 Pricing & revenue strategy
📊 Sales velocity & cash flow
🤝 Key broker relationships & investor deals

You’ll likely be a fit if you are already in Cyprus and:
✔️ Work with off-plan / investment properties
✔️ Have a strong network of brokers, agencies & clients
✔️ Are involved in deals, not just process

🌍 Languages:
🇬🇧 English — required
🇺🇦 Ukrainian / russian — essential (native or fluent)
