We are hiring an AI Engineer with a 0-to-1 mindset to join a high-autonomy R&D division of a top global tech company. Our focus: building an AI-powered Chrome Extension for web test automation.

The Role is Hands-On:

- Ownership of the LLM Evaluation Pipeline and key metrics.
- Prototyping and shipping Agentic improvements: Planning, RAG, Multi-step Reasoning.
- Engineering practical, multi-agent LLM systems in production.

Key Requirements:

- 4+ years of experience, proven shipping mindset.
- Built and shipped at least one significant LLM feature to production users.
- Expertise in designing Evaluation Pipelines that measure real user value.
- Tech Stack: Production Python, LangGraph, LangFuse.

Location: Hybrid role in Limassol/Paphos, Cyprus.
