We are looking for Affiliate Manager to join our dynamic team!
 
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
 
Negotiate terms and agreements with Affiliates to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships

Monitor and analyze Affiliate performance metrics such as clicks, conversions, and revenue generated

Monitor Affiliate traffic and activities daily to minimize fraud and prevent significant issues

Ensure all Affiliate activities comply with company policies and
regulatory requirements

Identify, recruit and onboard new Affiliates to expand our Affiliate network
 
Required Skills & Experience:
 
1+ years experience in Affiliate marketing in the Forex, Affiliate Network or Gambling industry
Familiarity with in-app traffic management is a plus
Fluent in English
Russian Language will be an advantage
Proficiency in using AppsFlyer or Adjust for campaign tracking and analysis is a plus.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain Affiliate relationships.
