We’re looking for a Media Sales Manager / Digital Marketing Executive to join our office in Nicosia, Cyprus. 🇨🇾
📍 Location: Nicosia, Cyprus, office-based
💰 Salary:  €1500–2,800 gross + performance bonuses
🏢 On-site: work from the office, flexible start of the day
🇬🇧 Language: fluent English (B1-В2), international English-speaking team

It’s an international company in the online advertising space that works with advertisers and partners across many markets. You’ll join the commercial team and combine sales with data-driven marketing: you’ll bring in new advertisers, grow existing accounts and help their campaigns perform better.

What matters:
- You already live in Cyprus and are ready to work from the office in Nicosia.
- Degree in Marketing, Business or a related field
- Experience online marketing or ad sales is a big plus
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Confident with Excel / Google Sheets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent English, written and spoken

What you’ll do:
🔹 Find and contact potential advertisers and generate high-quality leads
🔹 Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets
🔹 Suggest and test new flows based on advertisers’ needs
🔹 Grow existing accounts by finding upsell opportunities
🔹 Optimize campaigns and run A/B tests to improve results
🔹 Analyze sales and marketing data and turn it into actionable insights
🔹 Maintain relationships with current partners and find new business opportunities
🔹 Represent the company at industry events from time to time
