Hotel Operations Manager | 26 Suites, Limassol
Modern boutique apart-hotel (26 apartments, smart tech, automated systems) looking for a hands-on Operations Manager.
You will: • Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance and guest services • Inspect apartments and lead the cleaning team • Handle guest requests and complaints through to resolution • Work in our PMS, booking platforms and guest communication tools • Solve problems independently and improve processes
You are: • Experienced in operations and team supervision (hospitality or property management preferred) • Detail-oriented, organised, good at prioritising • Fluent in English, with clear written communication • Confident with digital systems • Calm, accountable and guest-focused
Schedule: 4/4 or 2/2, 09:00-19:00
