Im looking for an experienced payments leader to take full technical ownership of our payment gateway integrations and live operations! 🚀

Key Responsibilities:
• Own PSP, acquirer, payment gateway, and APM technical integrations from documentation to go-live
• Oversee REST APIs, webhooks, callbacks, and technical payment flows
• Manage live transaction troubleshooting, payment routing, cascading, and optimization
• Handle end-to-end 3DS/3DS2, deposits, payouts, refunds, and settlements
• Support high-volume merchant operations in a live production environment

Requirements:
• Must be currently located/residing anywhere in Cyprus 🇨🇾
• Strong hands-on technical payments operations experience
• Expertise in PSPs, gateways, alternative payment methods, and routing systems
• Proven track record in high-volume environments (iGaming / Fintech highly preferred)
• Deep technical understanding of payment flows and API architectures

Head of Affiliate

We are seeking an experienced Head of Affiliate to lead our internal team and scale our global affiliate network across the iGaming and Forex sectors for a fast-growing performance marketing agency in Limassol! 🚀

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage, mentor, and set clear KPIs for the internal affiliate team
• Onboard, negotiate, and maintain high-value affiliate partnerships (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid)
• Collaborate closely with Media Buying teams to align paid campaigns with affiliate channels
• Track performance, ROI, and campaign metrics using industry tracking platforms

Requirements:
• Proven affiliate management experience within iGaming & Forex
• Track record in team leadership and people management
• Solid understanding of media buying channels (PPC, Social, Native)
• Strong analytical skills & experience with affiliate tracking software
• Fluency in English & ability to work on-site in Limassol, Cyprus
