PROPERTY MANAGER – LIMASSOL

A property management company in Limassol is looking for a Property Manager for a full-time position, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Managing day to day communication with tenants
• Rent collection and payment follow up
• Handling maintenance issues, utilities and repairs
• Coordinating contractors, suppliers and local authorities
• Preparing properties between tenancies
• Supporting new tenant onboarding and move ins
• Handling day to day property related matters

Requirements

• English required
• Greek / Russian an advantage
• Previous experience in property management an advantage
• Good computer and digital skills
• Responsible, well organised and able to manage tasks and priorities independently
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Practical approach and ability to solve problems efficiently
