You will:
Manage product operations across Casino & Sports
Launch and optimize tournaments, bonuses, promo campaigns
Analyze metrics and player behavior, drive Retention/Engagement KPIs
Collaborate with Product, CRM, Marketing, Analytics teams
Requirements:
iGaming experience in Product/CRM/Retention/Promotions
Hands-on experience with bonus programs & player engagement mechanics
Strong analytical skills, data-driven mindset
Upper-Intermediate English or higher

We’re looking for a specialist who understands modern web products and knows how to use AI to improve QA and product processes.
Who we’re looking for:
• Manual / Automation QA — preferred
• Product Manager / Technical PM
• Frontend Developer
What you’ll do:
• Validate web/mobile products before launch
• Test registration, deposits, cashier, gameplay, bonuses & localization
• Automate repetitive checks with AI
• Identify product and process improvements
• Work closely with engineers
Requirements:
• Strong understanding of web technologies & product architecture
• Ability to work with technical documentation in English
• Hands-on experience building AI-powered workflows, not just using ChatGPT
• iGaming experience is a plus
