Work Experience & Competencies:
VIP Guest Relations & Hospitality: Extensive experience interacting with high-net-worth individuals, international guests, and residents. Skilled in conflict de-escalation and handling high-stress situations professionally.
SMM & AI Tech: Content creation, social media management, automation, and applying AI tools for digital tasks.
Property & Security: Solid background in premium hospitality security, CCTV monitoring, premises patrols, and facility coordination.
Responsible, reliable, and highly organized. Ready for physical/hands-on work regarding property maintenance, as well as multitasking environments in retail, reception, or online business management.
Fluent in English and Russian.
