Performance Marketing Executive
Location: Limassol, Cyprus (On-site)
Responsibilities:
●Manage and optimize digital marketing channels (PPC, SEO, social media, email, display, mobile)
●Develop performance-driven strategies for player acquisition and retention
●Monitor and optimize campaigns to meet KPIs
●Analyze data and provide actionable insights
●Stay up to date with industry trends and marketing technologies
●Collaborate closely with the Performance team


Requirements:
●3–5 years of experience in digital performance marketing (iGaming preferred)
●Strong knowledge of gaming trends, player behavior, and KPIs
●Experience with SEO/SEM, email, social, and display campaigns
●Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, GTM, or similar tools
●Strong analytical and communication skills
●Fluent in English
