🔥 What You’ll Do
- Lead & mentor a team of 3 Affiliate Specialists
- Grow the team within the first 3 months
- Manage and expand a diverse affiliate portfolio
- Negotiate CPA / RevShare / Hybrid deals
- Use Excel, Looker & dashboards to optimize performance
- Improve ROI & key KPIs (FTDs, NGR, LTV)
- Represent B2Tech at global iGaming events
- Stay ahead of trends, competitors & new market opportunities

🎯 What You Need
- 5+ years in Affiliate Marketing (iGaming a must)
- 1+ year team management
- Strong Casino & Sports Betting experience
- Top-tier analytical & negotiation skills
- Proven ROI-driven mindset
- Excellent English
- Nice to Have: African market experience, strong affiliate network, multi-brand exposure.
