Responsibilities

~~Manage incoming leads (no cold calling) and convert them into active clients.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional communication.
Handle negotiations and close deals with a high conversion rate.
Maintain records of client interactions and transactions in the company’s CRM system.
Cooperate with colleagues and management to improve sales processes and strategies.

**Requirements
**
Fluency in German / Polish (depending on the desk).
Proven experience in sales or customer relationship management (preferably)
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Valid work permit for Cyprus (visa sponsorship is not provided).
