TeamzMate, an international SaaS company, is hiring a Support & Customer Success Rep with fluent English and strong tech skills.
What you'll do:
Respond to support tickets
Write user guides and documentation
Help clients succeed and sometimes suggest upsell features
Requirements:
Fluent English (written & spoken)
Technical understanding of software/SaaS
Experience in customer or technical support
Strong writing and communication skills
Bonus: Experience with helpdesk tools, SaaS, or HR software
