Quality Control Manager / Quality Assistant Manager – Real Estate
Company: Real Estate Agency, Cyprus
Location: Remote (initial training period in office, Limassol – up to 1 month, shorter possible by agreement)

Employment Terms:

Requirements:
• English (mandatory)
• Russian (mandatory)
• Polish – an advantage
• Experience with CRM systems
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Ability to prepare reports and confident use of MS Office

Responsibilities:
• Monitor and review employee calls for quality control
• Prepare reports in accordance with company standards
• Provide weekly feedback to employees on strengths and weaknesses
• Deliver reports to Head of Sales and senior management
• Check CRM data accuracy and compliance with company scripts
• Participate in training sessions and improvement of company scripts

Head of Sales – Real Estate (Cyprus Market)
Company: Real Estate Agency, Cyprus
Location: Office in Linopetra, Limassol

Employment Terms:
• Full-time, 10:00–19:00
• Occasional weekend work may be required
• Fixed salary + performance-based bonuses (negotiable)
• Official employment
• Work permit in Cyprus required
• Own car required

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years proven experience in Cyprus real estate market
• Confirmed leadership background and ability to manage a sales team of 15+
• Excellent knowledge of sales processes, property transactions and local regulations
• English C+ (mandatory)
• Russian (mandatory)
• Greek or other languages will be an advantage
• Confident user of CRM systems and MS Office
• Strong analytical and reporting skills

Responsibilities:
• Lead and supervise Sales Department (15 people)
• Set and monitor sales targets, ensure KPI achievement
• Weekly, quarterly and annual reporting to senior management
• Collaborate with Marketing Department on campaigns and strategy
• Participate in business planning and market development
• Build and maintain strong relations with developers and key partners
• Expand partner network and client database
• Train and mentor sales staff, onboard new hires
• Represent the company at exhibitions, networking and industry events
• Proactively search for opportunities to expand market presence
