📌We are looking for the English speaking Teaching Assistant for a private Kindergarten in Limassol!

🔹Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with colleagues to create and maintain interdisciplinary work
- Interact with parents in line with kindergarten policy
- Support and assist children during outdoor/indoor evening activities and as per schedule
- Assist children with hygiene procedures, changing clothes, meals, and other group activities
- Support teachers in organizing classroom space, preparing materials, etc.
- Work with students individually and in small groups
- Assist teachers in following kindergarten policies on discipline, including addressing cases of undesirable behavior
- Attend and actively participate in staff meetings and gatherings
- Take part in team events, parent meetings, and kindergarten-wide activities

🔹Requirements:
- Friendly attitude toward young children and a desire to unlock their talents and potential
- Excellent command of English – native-level fluency is an advantage
- Experience with the EYFS program, work in a private kindergarten, and first aid certification are considered advantages
- Demonstrated strong teaching skills and a desire to inspire and motivate development
- Ability to effectively communicate with children of different ages, team members, and parents
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, a patient approach when working with young children
- Ability to use creative, unconventional approaches to problem-solving
