The ideal candidate will have a versatile skill set, capable of handling a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service to both our residents and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Basic electrical maintenance and repairs

• Plumbing tasks, including installations and repairs

• Proficient in painting tasks, including putty application, water insulation, and related work

• Knowledge of underfloor heating and air conditioning systems (VRV)

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in electrical, plumbing, and maintenance tasks

• Certification in electrical or plumbing fields is preferred

• Experience with underfloor heating systems and VRV systems is highly desirable

• Ability to work independently and efficiently

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Attention to detail and quality workmanship

• Valid driver’s license

• Languages: Fluent in English and Greek language, (Russian will be considered as an advantage)

We are seeking a skilled Accountant with a background in the hospitality industry to join our finance team at Ararat Grand Residences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Reconciliations

*Perform bank reconciliations.

*Reconcile accounts payable balances.

- Accounting

*Record and monitor bank and cash transactions.

*Maintain records of administrative, commercial, and production-related expenses.

*Record and manage tips.

*Account for deferred expenses and provisions.

*Account for rental expenses.

*Manage fixed assets accounting, including depreciation.

- Payroll

*Process payroll and Social Insurance contributions.

*Prepare personnel reports (e.g., TD7 forms and others).

*Register new employees in the Social Insurance system.

- Tax Accounting

*Prepare and submit VAT returns.

*Calculate SDC tax.

- Treasury

*Review and approve payment requests.

- Period Closing

*Allocate overhead expenses across departments.

*Close accounting periods (monthly and annually).

- Other Responsibilities

*Prepare data and documents for audits.

*Assist with opening corporate bank accounts and configuring access rights.

*Draft resolutions and powers of attorney.

*Request company certificates from the Registrar.

*Contribute to the preparation of reports for government authorities (e.g., HE32 forms and others).

- Qualifications:

* Education: Basic accounting education. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field will be considered a plus.

* Experience:5+ years of accounting experience within the hospitality industry (hotels, restaurants, resorts, etc.)

- Skills:

*Strong knowledge of accounting software

*Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).

*Certifications: ACCA or similar certification (preferred but not required).

*Languages: Proficiency in English is mandatory. Russian language will be considered a plus.

- Working Conditions:

*Full-time-based on the needs of the business.

*Occasional weekend or holiday work may be required, especially in high-demand periods for the hospitality business.
