Position: Lawyer (Projects/Family Office)
Location: Cyprus
Type: Full-time

We are looking for an experienced Lawyer to join our dynamic team! If you have a strong background in international business, real estate procedures, and project management, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
✔️ Monitor the status of partnership projects, including:

Legal structure
Key obligations
Bank account status
Open tasks for each project
Covenants and SHA conditions
✔️ Legal support for partnership projects in Cyprus, UAE, and Serbia.
✔️ Partnership Project Management, such as:

Structuring matters
Drafting internal agreements with general contractors
Maintaining and controlling project matrices
Participating in negotiations and coordinating various issues

Our Expectations:
🔹 5+ years of experience in foreign/international companies
🔹 Knowledge of real estate procedures in Cyprus
🔹 Experience working with Cyprus governmental bodies
🔹 Fluent in Russian
🔹 Proficient in English (C1 level or higher)
