Responsibilities:
• Project Costs & Budgeting control in construction
• Analysing variances on forecasted profits and expenses
• Allocating costs to categories
• Gather data, validate and incorporate it into the project cost report
• Provide records to any change in scope/contract of work to be performed
• Prepare Cash out Flow and other Financial Projections
• Document construction progress, identify, track and assist in resolution of construction issues/conflicts
• Coordinate with Project Managers for cost report/control and ensure required information is properly coded and posted for Project Controls.
• Working with the accounting department to ensure alignment/balance with financial statements and other financial/schedule reports.
• Verifying contractors, subcontractors and suppliers invoices
• Process and Control the Payment Schedule – Payment Approval Process
• Communicating with stakeholders

🔍 What We're Looking For:
• Bachelor degree in Finance, Engineering QS or similar field.
• Experience in construction is a MUST
• Minimum 1 years of experience in cost control, etc.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, mainly in Excel
• Ability to plan and manage multiple site priorities
• English B2

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Marine Electrician LiFePO4 at Proteus Eco in Limassol. As a Marine Electrician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems on the clients' yachts. You will work closely with our production and engineering team to ensure the proper functioning of LiFePO4 (Lithium Ion Phosphate) batteries and associated electrical components.
 
Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Marine Electrician or Car Electrician or a similar role.
• Fluent English and Greek.  Russian language is a plus.
• Solid knowledge of marine or car electrical systems and components.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and repair of electrical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and diagrams.
• Familiarity with relevant electrical codes and regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid certification or license as a Marine Electrician is a plus.
• Knowledge of Russian language is a plus
