Key Responsibilities:

Design and monitor MEP systems (HVAC, plumbing, sewage) for residential and commercial projects.
Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and contractors to optimize design and construction practices.
Conduct inspections, supervise installations, and troubleshoot mechanical systems.
Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety standards.


Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Up to one year of experience in real estate development or construction sites (not mandatory but will be considered an advantage).
Strong understanding of building services.
Excellence in English language
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
