On behalf of a leading property management firm in Limassol, Cyprus, we are looking for a Cleaning Supervisor, to join the rapidly growing team of professionals, that services and monitors commercial and residential houses throughout Cyprus. We are looking for a candidate who aspires for high cleaning standards and is ready to lead a team of people.

Responsibilities
- Overseeing and guiding a team of cleaners throughout different properties within Limassol
- Set high cleaning standards for the team and oversee these are being followed by the crew
- Provide cleaning guidelines and assistance to the cleaning crew and educate them when necessary, on different cleaning methods and techniques, as well as on the safe use of cleaning materials
- Review cleaning schedules and assign tasks as per the requirements of the ongoing projects
- Control and monitor the usage of cleaning materials to minimise waste
- Inspect cleaning equipment and supplies on a regular basis
- Ensure cleaning materials are always in stock
- Replenish stock as and when required
- Maintain good relationships with the providers of all cleaning materials
- Stay up to date with market tendencies for cleaning products and be empowered to always expand knowledge of cleaning safety and techniques
- Report to higher management about successful completion of each project, and possible problems that may arise


Qualifications
- Strong understanding of cleaning materials/ their chemical compounds and safety cleaning procedures of different materials/ surfaces
- At least 5 to 6 years of experience in the field of cleaning
- Previous working experience in the hospitality industry is highly desirable
- Fluent Greek, Very good English, Russian would be considered an advantage

Electrical Engineer, Limassol, CY

On behalf of a leading property management firm in Limassol, Cyprus, we are looking for an Electrical Engineer, to join their expanding team of professionals, that provides support for both, residential and commercial properties, throughout Cyprus.

Responsibilities
- You’d be working alongside with other Electrical Engineers on small and large residential and commercial properties, throughout Cyprus
- Carry out maintenance and electrical installation works as per the requirements of each project
- Be in the position to determine and fix possible malfunctions with the electrical fuse boxes, automatic installations, pressure hoses, etc., in close cooperation with your team partners

Qualifications
- Cypriot Certificate of Competence of Electrical Engineer is a must requirement
- BSc in Electrical Engineering
- Previous working experience in Cyprus is a must
- Fluent English, native Greek, Russian would be considered an advantage

On behalf of a leading property management firm in Limassol, Cyprus, we are looking for a Handyman, to join the rapidly growing team of professionals, that services and monitors commercial and residential houses throughout Cyprus. We are looking for a candidate who is passionate and very skilled in fixing all kind of minor things, and enjoys the versatility of such a role.

Responsibilities
- Provide support and assistance in a wide range of areas related to the managed properties, be it simple plumbing/ electrical issues, small painting projects, minor fixes, furniture assembly, etc.
- Recognize when a repair is outside of your skills set and make a recommendation to the supervisor
- Establish and maintain good relationships with property management and tenants

Qualifications
- Basic understanding of plumbing and electrical installations
- Ability to use common power and hand tools
- Proven experience in a similar role in the past
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Fluent Greek, very good English, Russian would be considered an advantage
