Strategic Sales Manager

⚪️ Full-time 5/2 schedule from 10:00 to 19:00, with flexible days off

Relevant Experience: No prior experience required. Experience in sales and/or management is a plus
Languages:
— Required: English B2+
— Preferred: Knowledge or willingness to learn Greek and Russian
Residency: Must live in Limassol, Cyprus, or be willing to relocate
Work Permit: Must have the right to work in Cyprus

Responsibilities:
— Direct sales of barefoot shoes for children and adults
— Quickly and thoroughly learn about barefoot shoes and understand their details and features
— Perform your job with high quality and engagement
— Develop skills to transition into a store manager role, managing director of the store, head of direction
