Responsibilities:
● Sales Focus: Handle incoming messages on WhatsApp and Instagram from potential clients and proactively upsell flight experiences, gift certificates, and piloting master classes.
● Convert Leads: Actively engage in sales activities to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings and sales.
● Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer support, assisting clients in finding the perfect locations and resolving any issues related to rescheduling or canceling flights.
