B2Tech is seeking an experienced PMO to be the right-hand of our Chief Operating Officer. The successful candidate will focus 90% of their time on core PMO tasks and 10% on broader Project Management.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO:
**
Develop and implement project management standards, processes, and methodologies.
Assist senior management in prioritizing projects based on strategic goals and ROI.
Ensure optimal allocation of resources across projects (human, financial, technological).
Monitor project portfolio alignment with strategic objectives and budgetary performance.
Define, collect, and report on project performance metrics.
Provide and maintain project management software/tools.
Introduce best practices and trends in project management.
Assess and improve PMO processes for increased efficiency.
Act as a liaison between project teams and senior management for effective communication.
Ensure stakeholder expectations are set and managed effectively.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

Minimum 3 years of PMO/Project Manager experience.
Strong presentation skills.
Proven experience in developing and implementing project management standards.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize projects based on strategic goals.
Proficient in defining and reporting on project performance metrics.
Familiarity with project management software/tools.
Knowledge of best practices and trends in project management.
Strong strategic planning skills.
