Project Manager - Larnaca


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:

Define project goals and objectives, collaborating with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
Coordinate project tasks, assign responsibilities, and set priorities for team members.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, ensuring their requirements are understood and met.
Monitor project progress, track milestones, and address any issues or roadblocks that may arise.
Manage project resources, including personnel, budget, and equipment, to ensure optimal utilization.
Conduct regular project status meetings and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
Identify and mitigate project risks, implementing contingency plans as necessary.
Ensure adherence to project management best practices, methodologies, and quality standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.


Requirements:

2+ years of experience in project management in Software Development companies or a related role.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Familiarity with project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall.
Analytical mindset and problem-solving capabilities.
Languages: Fluency in written and spoken English and Russian at an advanced level (Knowledge of additional languages is a plus but not mandatory).


As our Project Manager, you will be responsible for defining project goals, developing project plans, coordinating project tasks, managing resources, and ensuring successful project completion. To excel in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency in project management methodologies.
