Providing legal protection and consulting in the field of risk management.
Current support and structural planning of the Company's corporate activities.
Preparation and support of contracts for the sale of shares/participatory interests, shareholder agreements, disclosure of information.
Interaction with banks, consultants, foreign contractors.
Support of a foreign structure of a group of companies on corporate, tax, organizational issues.
Requirements:

Higher legal education.
Experience in Family office or consulting in industry leaders.
Experience in supporting investment projects abroad, incl. work with securities.
Developed communication skills
Desire and ability to learn a large amount of new information
