**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
 **
•              Minimum of 1 - 2 years’ previous experience in corporate secretarial;
•              Fluent Russian and proficient English language skills; 
•              Ability to multitask and excel under pressure;
•              Strong communication and coordination skills;
•              Detail-oriented;
•              IT Literate;
 
**JOB DESCRIPTION:
 **
•              Company formation and registration both domestic and offshore;
•              Provision of various secretarial services, i.e. preparation of corporate minutes, resolutions, instruments of transfer, share certificates, incumbency certificates, power of attorneys, re-domiciliation, etc.;
•              Execution of corporate structural changes and preparation of relevant documentation;
•              Continues communication with the clients, the registrar desk, corporate team, lawyers and auditors;
•              File maintenance/archiving.

·                     Drafting HR policies and procedures, organizing personal trainings;

 Candidate Profile:
·                     Bachelor`s Degree in Human Resources/ Management or relevant;
·                     Minimum 1-year work related experience is needed;
·                     Strong administrative and organizational skills;
·                     Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills;
·                     Good understanding of confidentiality rules and company work ethics;
·                     Highly organized with an ability to work under pressure and being able to multitask efficiently;
·                     Fluency in English. Knowledge of Greek and Russian will be considered as advantage;
·                     Excellent computer knowledge;
·                     Able to work as a team.
