Мы развиваем международный продукт и ищем опытного Senior Manual QA Engineer, который станет частью команды и будет отвечать за качество продукта на всех этапах разработки. Нам нужен специалист, который умеет глубоко анализировать функциональность, быстро находить причины возникающих проблем и стремится улучшать процессы тестирования.

Основные задачи
* Выполнять комплексное тестирование веб-приложений на десктопных и мобильных устройствах.
* Прорабатывать сценарии тестирования, создавать и поддерживать тестовую документацию.
* Проверять работу API и анализировать ответы сервисов с помощью специализированных инструментов.
* Находить дефекты, воспроизводить их, определять причины возникновения и оформлять понятные отчеты для команды разработки.
* Анализировать сетевые запросы и поведение приложения, используя инструменты для перехвата трафика.
* Исследовать ошибки через инструменты браузера и участвовать в их локализации.
* Работать с базами данных для проверки корректности хранения и обработки информации.
* Оценивать требования с точки зрения качества и полноты тестирования.
* Принимать участие в подготовке релизов и контролировать соответствие продукта установленным стандартам качества.
* Предлагать решения, которые помогут сделать процессы тестирования эффективнее.

Наши ожидания
* Коммерческий опыт в Manual QA от 4 лет.
* Практика тестирования REST API.
* Уверенное использование Postman или аналогичных инструментов.
* Опыт анализа HTTP-трафика через Charles Proxy или Proxyman.
* Хорошее владение Chrome DevTools.
* Знание SQL на уровне написания сложных запросов (JOIN, GROUP BY, вложенные запросы).
* Понимание принципов взаимодействия клиентской и серверной частей приложения.
* Опыт применения AI-инструментов в ежедневной работе QA.

Дополнительным преимуществом будет
* Навыки работы с Playwright, Cypress или Selenium.

Компания Unlimit ищет сильного Global Facility manager’а, который будет отвечать за ежедневную работу офиса на Кипре и участвовать в координации офисных и административных процессов по другим локациям компании.

Нам нужен не просто office support, а hands-on человек, который умеет самостоятельно держать офис, подрядчиков, бюджеты, закупки и административные процессы под контролем.

**🚀 Чем предстоит заниматься:

-Операционное управление офисом на Кипре (~90 сотрудников):**
— организация ежедневной работы офиса;
— контроль питания, клининга, расходных материалов и maintenance;
— обеспечение готовности рабочих мест и комфортной офисной среды;
— контроль доступа, базовой безопасности и качества офисных сервисов;
— решение ежедневных office-related вопросов.

Координация facilities / administration процессов:
— взаимодействие с office / admin командами в других локациях;
— помощь в выстраивании единых стандартов, процедур и best practices;
— отслеживание office-related задач через ticketing process;
— координация travel / admin topics вместе с ответственными сотрудниками;
— участие в офисных проектах, открытиях новых офисов и релокациях.

Работа с подрядчиками и арендодателями:
— взаимодействие с landlords;
— переговоры по аренде, продлениям и изменениям условий;
— работа с подрядчиками: cleaning, maintenance, catering, utilities и другими office services;
— контроль SLA, качества услуг и договорных условий;
— поиск более выгодных условий и оптимизация расходов.

Бюджет и контроль затрат:
— контроль office / facilities / administration budgets;
— отслеживание actuals vs budget;
— работа с invoices, approvals и обоснованием расходов;
— поддержание spending discipline;
— cost-saving initiatives;
— отчётность для Finance и management.

Procurement и административная поддержка:
— закупка мебели, оборудования, office supplies и consumables;
— сравнение предложений, переговоры с поставщиками;
— контроль платежей, договоров и сроков;
— координация закупок по нескольким локациям при необходимости.

Кросс-функциональное взаимодействие:
— работа с IT по инфраструктуре, оборудованию и доступам;
— партнёрство с HR по employee experience и onboarding-related topics;
— взаимодействие с Finance по бюджетам, платежам и отчётности;
— работа с Legal по договорам, vendors, landlords и virtual offices;
— поддержка management по офисным решениям и эскалациям.

— опыт на роли Office Manager / Senior Office Manager / Administration Manager;
— опыт полного ведения офисных процессов end-to-end;
— обязательный опыт работы с бюджетом и cost control;
