About The Role:
We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to help build, operate, and improve the platform for a security-first crypto custody product: cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, CI/CD, GitOps delivery, observability, and production operations.
The role involves hands-on work with AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, GitLab CI/CD, GitOps, observability, and security tooling. We value an engineer who can investigate production infrastructure issues, automate routine work, and improve platform reliability without adding unnecessary complexity.

💡What You'll Do:
● Maintain and evolve AWS infrastructure using Terraform.
● Work with Kubernetes/EKS: deployment, networking, troubleshooting, and resource management.
● Develop GitLab CI pipelines for build, test, security checks, and deployment.
● Support a GitOps delivery model with ArgoCD and Helm.
● Configure and improve monitoring, logging, and alerting.
● Work with secrets, IAM, service accounts, and least-privilege access patterns.
● Participate in incident troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and runbook improvements.

📌Must-have Experience:
● 2-3+ years of experience as a DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineer.
● Strong Linux knowledge and solid networking basics: DNS, TLS, HTTP.
● Hands-on experience with AWS or another major cloud provider.
● Experience operating Kubernetes in production or close-to-production environments.
● Experience with Terraform or another IaC tool.
● Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, preferably with GitLab CI.

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to join our Family Office in Limassol. The role will primarily involve providing assistance to the UBO, Head of FO and the office's operational team.
 
Key Responsibilities
•        To support the family office operations by providing administrative support to the UBO, Head of FO and operational team
•        To prepare agendas, documentation and meeting notes as required, handling sensitive information with discretion and a high level of accuracy
•        To carry out extensive diary management (maintain calendar) and coordination of meetings and calls, often over several time zones and ever-changing diaries

Head of remuneration **(Compensation, Benefits & Payroll)

Мы ищем сильного руководителя уровня Head/Director, который возглавит функцию remuniration в международной группе компаний. Роль предполагает управление крупной командой, развитие процессов финансового контроля и автоматизацию payroll-операций в нескольких странах.

Что предстоит делать:

- руководить функцией C&B и Payroll (команда 20–25 человек) в нескольких странах и юрисдикциях;
- обеспечивать точность расчета заработных плат, бонусов, бенефитов, equity-программ и налоговых выплат;
- выстраивать систему финансовой отчетности и контроля компенсаций в прямом подчинении CFO;
- развивать и внедрять автоматизацию процессов с использованием ERP-систем, 1С/Baz, Excel и внутренних инструментов;

Мы строим The Vault — современную MPC-based платформу крипто-кастоди для институциональных и розничных клиентов.

Ищем сильного Staff Engineer (hands-on IC)
Это не управленческая роль и не чистый архитектор. Это роль технического лидера, который пишет продакшен-код каждый день, ведёт сложные кросс-функциональные инициативы, поднимает уровень команды через RFC, код и ревью.

Что предстоит делать:
• Проектировать и реализовывать критичные компоненты: policy engine, signing orchestration, key lifecycle, recovery flows, approvals, audit trails, multi-tenant wallet/account сервисы
• Строить высоконагруженные multi-tenant SaaS-системы (изоляция тенантов, rate limiting, backpressure и т.д.)
• Работать с distributed systems, reliability patterns, security-by-design
• Активно использовать AI-инструменты (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex) как core-компетенцию
• Менторствовать senior-инженеров, задавать паттерны и поднимать общий уровень команды

Для нас важно:
• Сильные CS fundamentals (concurrency, distributed systems, consistency и т.д.)
• 10+ лет backend, из них 3+ года на уровне Staff (или эквивалент)
• Опыт ownership крупных продакшен-систем end-to-end
• Продакшен-опыт с Go (или готовность быстро в него въехать)
• Реальный опыт работы с современными AI coding tools + умение критически проверять AI-код
• Опыт построения высоконагруженных multi-tenant SaaS

Будет большим плюсом:
• Опыт в custody/wallets/MPC/HSM/Ledger
Blockchain (EVM + Bitcoin обязательно, остальное в плюс)
• Регулируемая среда (SOC 2, ISO 27001 и т.д.)
Kubernetes, SRE-практики
