-Бухгалтерский учет и работа с документами:

We are seeking a strong Project Manager with Product Ownership mindset to bring structure, predictability, and healthy execution to the team. The role’s primary focus is project & delivery management (planning, dependencies, risk, releases, stakeholder alignment) while also ensuring a product-oriented approach to prioritization and value.

🔹Key responsibilities:
• Delivery Ownership: Own end-to-end delivery from idea to release, ensuring work is planned, tracked, and delivered predictably and on time.
• Planning & Execution Cadence: Own high-level planning and prioritization across quarterly, monthly, and sprint cycles, defining scope, milestones, timelines, and definitions of done. Plan resources and capacity on a 3–6 month horizon, aligning stakeholder input from clients, COO, and sales/market.
• Release Management: Drive release readiness (scope, QA gates, rollout plans, comms), coordinate launches, and keep a stable release calendar.
• Risk, Dependency & Blocker Management: Proactively identify risks and bottlenecks, manage cross-team dependencies and escalate early. Work closely with the team through regular 1:1s, performance assessment, and early response to emerging risks.
• Stakeholder Alignment & Communication: Act as the single source of truth for status, manage expectations, communicate trade-offs, and prevent scope creep. Lead reporting and communication with CTO, COO, and Head of Sales. Participate in planning and brainstorming.
• Process & Workflow Excellence: Implement and continuously improve lightweight processes, improve ticket quality, reduce “forgotten” tasks, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
• Team Health & Sustainable Pace: Protect the team from chaos and overload by managing intake and interruptions, promoting a sustainable delivery rhythm.
• Outcome Focus: Support product decisions with feedback loops and basic metrics, ensuring delivered work maps to customer and business value.
• Maintain structured documentation across planning, delivery, and execution.

🔹**Our ideal candidate will possess:
**• A minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience as a Product Owner/Product Manager within a product development company.
• Proven experience managing teams of 6–8 people.
• Hands-on experience with a commercially launched product, actively generating revenue, ideally $1M+ annually and below the $5–10M range.
• Additional experience in Affiliate Marketing, AdTech, or SaaS is a significant advantage.
• Proficiency in both English and Russian languages.
• Project management experience or managing backlog, delivery within the role

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ищем сильного маркетингового лидера, который возьмёт на себя end-to-end Go-To-Market стратегию продуктов и выстроит маркетинг как системную функцию роста бизнеса.

Роль предполагает тесную работу с CEO и Head of Sales, влияние на стратегию компании и построение масштабируемой модели выхода на рынок.
Работа в офисе в Лимасол.

🎯 Что предстоит делать
Strategy & Go-To-Market

• Разрабатывать и валидировать GTM-стратегии для новых и существующих продуктов
• Определять целевые рынки, сегменты, positioning и value proposition
• Совместно с CEO и Head of Sales формировать:
– продуктовые офферы
– pricing и upsell-стратегии
– sales channels и упаковку
• Приоритизировать growth-гипотезы
• Определять метрики успеха и KPI

Budget & Resource Planning

• Формировать маркетинговые планы под цели роста
• Строить и управлять маркетинговым бюджетом
• Планировать ресурсы под масштабирование

Channels & Scaling

• Запускать и тестировать acquisition-каналы (hypothesis-driven approach)
• Не «вести каналы», а строить систему экспериментов
• Переводить продукты из custom-решений в scalable open-market продукт
• Анализировать эффективность каналов и масштабировать лучшие

Team & Organization

• Лидировать существующую маркетинговую команду (SMM, promotion, generalists)
• Выстроить структуру, роли, процессы, контрольные точки
• Обеспечить сильную связку маркетинга и sales
• Масштабировать команду по мере роста бизнеса

🧠 Что важно

• 7+ лет в маркетинге
• Опыт CMO / Head of Marketing в IT, SaaS или digital
• Сильный опыт в Go-To-Market и запуске продуктов
• Опыт работы с международными рынками

🔹 What you’ll own

End-to-end product vision, strategy, and execution
Product discovery and decision-making grounded in data and user insight
Close collaboration with engineering and business leadership
Building and scaling the product function and processes
Expanding the platform into new markets

🐾 The Role
We’re looking for a senior product leader who:

- thinks in systems and business models, not just features
- understands how product, data, revenue, and go-to-market connect
- is comfortable operating in complexity and ambiguity
- can balance user needs, business goals, and delivery realities

💡Requirements

5+ years of experience in product managementб
2+ years in fintech, marketplaces, proptech, insurtech, or platform/infrastructure products, ideally in fast-growing / dynamic multi-market environments
2+ years leading product teams or product functions
Proven ability to navigate complex, ambiguous problem spaces and make clear decisions
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Fluent Russian and English
