**What You Will Be Doing
**Be responsible for product quality in a fintech startup;
Do manual testing;

Your Experience:
- Solid experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

- Skilled in infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Ansible, Helm).
- Practical expertise in managing relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Redis: performance tuning, replication, and backup strategies.
- Working knowledge of message brokers such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
- Familiarity with monitoring and alerting systems (e.g., ELK, Prometheus, Grafana).

Обязанности
- Управляйте ежедневными операциями с продуктом: конфигурациями, интеграцией с партнерами и производительностью платформы.
- Координировать кросс-функциональную деятельность между командами по продуктам , технологиям , поддержке , юридическим вопросам и управлению счетами .

Требования
- Более 2 лет опыта в области продуктовых операций, управления проектами или бизнес-операций (предпочтительно в сфере ИТ, SaaS или телекоммуникаций ).
- Опыт работы с платформами продуктов и услуг B2B .
- Отличные организационные навыки и навыки многозадачности.
- Сильное аналитическое мышление и внимание к деталям.
- Уверенное владение английским языком в сфере профессионального общения и составления отчетов (уровень Upper-Intermediate или выше).
- Практический опыт работы с Jira , Confluence , Google Workspace и Slack .
