- Поддержка полного цикла подбора: от публикации вакансий до онбординга;

Paralegal/ corporate administrator 🪃

Location: Limassol
Working hours: 5/2 full-time

A legal team in the iGaming industry is looking for a paralegal/ corporate administrator with excellent knowledge of English and, preferably, Greek or Russian and a good knowledge of Cyprus legislation.
🪃 Duties include the following:
- Running an in house legal practice database through Zygos
certifying internationally issued documents;
- Performing due diligence checks on the counterparties;
- Opening bank and PSP accounts when necessary;
- Drafting of legal documents where necessary;
- Working with the corporate administrators to ensure the statutory files of the companies are up to date;
- Assisting the finance team with audits;
- Preparation of the documents for KYC reviews and submission to the governmental agencies and financial institutions.
🪃 Qualifications
- University degree in law or a degree in paralegal studies (a similar field will be considered);
- AML/ compliance certificates.
🪃 Experience
- Experience in corporate administration;
- Proficient in opening B2B and/or C2B payment and bank accounts.
🪃 Skills
- A quick thinker with a structural mind;
- Knowledge of Worldcheck and Zygos or similar software.
- English and, preferably, Greek or Russian.
