Наша международная рекламная платформа – это международный рекламный нетворк, который помогает паблишерам и рекламодателям масштабировать доходы с помощью передовых решений и технологий. В связи с расширением команды мы ищем Lead Business Development Manager - опытного профессионала, который возглавит отдел по привлечению клиентов, выстроит стратегию продаж и обеспечит достижение амбициозных целей 🎯

Чем предстоит заниматься:
Управлять командой менеджеров по продажам (3-5 человек): ставить задачи, контролировать процесс, анализировать и оценивать результаты
Вести личные продажи крупным клиентам, развивать партнерские отношения, согласовывать условия
Анализировать рынок, находить новые точки роста и внедрять лучшие практики
Разрабатывать и внедрять стратегии продаж, следить за трендами в интернет-рекламе, тестировать новые инструменты
Готовить отчетность, анализировать метрики эффективности команды

Что важно для нас:
Опыт управления командой (3-5+ человек)
Опыт личных продаж в сфере AdTech: рекламные нетворки, CPA-сети
Навыки поиска и активного привлечения рекламодателей
Понимание рынка интернет-рекламы, знание вертикалей e-commerce, gambling, mobile, fintech и т.д.
Отличное знание английского языка (B2+), умение вести деловую переписку и переговоры на профессиональном уровне
Ориентация на результат и генерацию дохода, умение работать с метриками и KPI
Сильные коммуникативные и аналитические навыки, проактивность и системный подход
