Основные требования:
- профессиональный опыт СТО по разработке платформ или игр;

- опыт принятия архитектурных решений (Solution Architect);
- опыт управления RNG (генератор случайных чисел);

🔎 Ищем опытного Retention-менеджера в новый международный проект iGaming.
Основные обязанности:
- Разработка и реализация стратегий удержания: создание и внедрение программ лояльности, бонусных предложений и акций, адаптированных под различные сегменты игроков (новички, VIP, неактивные).
- Персонализация клиентского опыта: анализ игрового поведения для сегментации аудитории и создания персонализированных предложений.
- Анализ данных и отчетность: мониторинг ключевых метрик (LTV, churn rate, ARPU, CPA и др.). Сегментация базы игроков по различным параметрам (активность, частота депозитов, сумма ставок и т.д.).
- Работа с неактивными игроками: разработка и реализация реанимационных кампаний для возвращения неактивных пользователей, предложение персонализированных мотивационных предложений.
- Взаимодействие с другими отделами: тесное сотрудничество с маркетинговым, продуктовым и техническим отделами для обеспечения согласованности кампаний и улучшения пользовательского опыта.

- Навыки аналитики данных и работы с метриками (LTV, churn rate, ARPU).

Основные обязанности:
- Разработка и реализация стратегий удержания: создание и внедрение программ лояльности, бонусных предложений и акций, адаптированных под различные сегменты игроков (новички, VIP, неактивные).
- Персонализация клиентского опыта: анализ игрового поведения для сегментации аудитории и создания персонализированных предложений.
- Анализ данных и отчетность: мониторинг ключевых метрик (LTV, churn rate, ARPU, CPA и др.). Сегментация базы игроков по различным параметрам (активность, частота депозитов, сумма ставок и т.д.).
- Работа с неактивными игроками: разработка и реализация реанимационных кампаний для возвращения неактивных пользователей, предложение персонализированных мотивационных предложений.
- Взаимодействие с другими отделами: тесное сотрудничество с маркетинговым, продуктовым и техническим отделами для обеспечения согласованности кампаний и улучшения пользовательского опыта.
- Контроль жизненного цикла игрока: разработка и внедрение стратегий для поддержания интереса к продукту на всех этапах взаимодействия с пользователем.
Требования:
- Опыт работы Retention-менеджером или на аналогичной позиции в игровой индустрии от 2 лет.
- Понимание принципов работы с CRM-системами и аналитическими инструментами.
- Опыт работы с различными каналами коммуникации (email, SMS, push-уведомления).
- Навыки аналитики данных и работы с метриками (LTV, churn rate, ARPU).
- Знание принципов построения воронки продаж и удержания клиентов.
- Высокие коммуникативные навыки и умение работать в команде.
- Знание английского языка (минимум B1)**

Мы молодой технологический стартап - делаем аналитический B2B продукт для страховых брокеров. Мы собираем данные брокера, обогащаем их, после предоставляем инструменты по анализу данных и рекомендации по увеличению дохода.
В нашей команде 2 человека, работаем над API на GraphQL для аналитического веб-приложения. Активно взаимодействуем с frontend командой в процессе проработки требований и реализации UI.
