We are looking for a motivated and organized Office Manager to become an essential part of our cozy office team (15-20 people) in Limassol (Old Town/Molos).💥

Key Responsibilities:
-Keeping our office running smoothly: greeting visitors at the reception area; answering calls, ordering supplies, and making sure everything is clean and tidy;
-Dealing with vendors: organizing repairs, paying bills, meeting deliveries;
-Handling paperwork: receiving and sending correspondence;
-Team support: assisting employees with organizational tasks (booking taxis, printing/scanning documents, arranging deliveries);
-Support the organization of fun corporate events.

📍Key Qualifications:
-Work Authorization in Cyprus, residing in Limassol.
-Relevant Experience in a similar role or a strong desire to learn.
-Proficiency in English (B2 or higher); Greek language would be a plus.
