My name is Jane,
I am looking for a personal assistant for a sole proprietor in the field of interior design and architecture.
This role involves support and assistance in work and personal matters.
Our bureau is located in Limassol, so for this vacancy there is an important requirement - a permanent Schengen visa or EU passport.
The range of responsibilities is quite diverse:
🔹Planning and organizing the manager's calendar (work + personal), tracking tasks and closed cases
🔹Assistance in collecting primary information, its systematization and control
🔹Organizational support of communications: e-mail, postal correspondence, organizing business calls, meetings
🔹Executing assignments (work + personal), paying bills
🔹Planning and organizing events and business trips (route planning, purchasing tickets, booking transfers, hotels and other important elements)
Important for this job:

We are seeking a Senior Personal Assistant for an IT entrepreneur, founding partner and CEO of a leading technology company.
Location: Limassol, Cyprus.
Salary: 5,000 to 10,000 EUR per month

Personal support:
1. Providing comprehensive support to all family members located in Cyprus, UK and other countries.
2. Organizing private trips for family members and partners - visa support, itinerary, tickets, accommodation.

Опыт работы с реляционными и нереляционными БД ;
Опыт работы с web и мобильными приложениями;

Открытость к обучению и стремление к профессиональному росту;
Опыт работы в команде с использованием гибких методологий разработки;
Акцент на экологичное выстраивание коммуникаций.
