Historica.org We are developing an innovative web application that combines interactive historical maps with a comprehensive aggregator of historical sources, including texts, maps, and datasets. - Proficiency in RESTful API development and integration;

Чего мы ждем:
- Опыт на позиции CRM Manager от 2-х лет;
- Понимание статистики;
- Опыт аналитики;
- Знание CRM-систем и опыт их использования;
- Технические образование или бэкграунд;
- Будет плюсом знание языка разметки HTML и стилей CSS.

Кипрская инвестиционная компания Lime Trading CY Ltd. (Just2Trade), ведущий поставщик онлайн-услуг по торговле с глобальным присутствием в Европе, Азии и Америках, ищет специалиста для работы в отделе IT.
 
В качестве нашего Junior специалиста по ИТ-поддержке вы будете нести ответственность за поддержку сервисов и услуг, предоставляемых компанией, оказание поддержки уровня L2 и L3, а также за администрирование торговых платформ и серверов компании.
Работа в офисе в Лимассоле, Кипр.
 
Эта позиция подразумевает посменный график работы (шифты) – 8-ми часовые смены в течение 24 часов (включая работу по выходным для выполнения технических обслуживаний и регламентов).
 
Основные обязанности:
∙ Оказание IT-сервиса в рамках работы в команде, охватывающей все элементы IT-поддержки L2 и L3
∙ Администрирование торговых платформ компании и связанного с ними ПО как стороннего от других компаний, так и самописного
∙ Администрирование серверов на базе Windows, их своевременное обновление, резервное копирование
∙ Мониторинг серверов, сервисов и состояния сети, инфраструктуры и ПО компании
∙ Периодическое проведение проверок состояния и производительности всех серверов, торговых платформ и других систем
∙ Взаимодействие с другими отделами компании по смежным задачам и проектам
 
Требования:
∙ Высшее образование в сфере IT или опыт работы, связанный с данной сферой, не меньше 3 лет
∙ Опыт работы не менее 1 года в поддержке Windows-систем
∙ Аналитический склад ума
∙ Способность читать логи приложений и умение искать и устранять причины возникших проблем с торговыми платформами, приложениями и оборудованием
∙ Опыт написания простых запросов к реляционным базам данных (MSSQL, MySQL)
∙ Опыт работы с тикетной системой Jira и системой документирования Confluence
∙ Опыт работы с системой мониторинга Zabbix
∙ Способность самостоятельно обучаться новым технологиям (работа связана с финансовыми рынками и использует различные высокоспециализированные программные решения, что постоянно требует расширения кругозора)
∙ Умение работать в команде
∙ Внимательность и терпение
∙ Тайм менеджмент, пунктуальность
∙ Способность решать сложные задачи
∙ Опыт работы с технологиями Forex/Fintech будет преимуществом
∙ Опыт работы на аналогичной должности или в роли инженера поддержки приложений будет преимуществом
 
Дополнительные навыки:
∙ Опыт администрирования Metatrader 4/5
∙ Опыт работы с более сложными SQL запросами
∙ Опыт анализа FIX API логов
∙ Опыт администрирования Linux систем
∙ Знание какого-либо скриптового языка (PowerShell, Python...)
∙ Знание стека сетевых протоколов и протоколов маршрутизации
