Position Overview: 
The Finance Manager will play a crucial role in managing the financial operations of the private equity funds in Cayman Islands and Luxembourg. This includes overseeing the preparation of quarterly reports for investors, coordinating the annual audit of financial statements, and managing the fund's treasury functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management within the private equity industry, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with different providers and different countries.

Key Responsibilities
Quarterly Reporting:
• Prepare and present comprehensive quarterly financial reports for investors, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards
• Collaborate with investment teams to gather and analyze financial data from portfolio companies
• Develop and maintain financial models to support reporting and forecasting activities.
• Working with multiple Investors requests and adapting Funds reporting to LP’s internal reporting database

Annual Audit:
• Coordinate the annual audit of financial statements, working closely with external auditors (2 different teams)

Treasury Management:

• Oversee the management of bank accounts, investments, and other financial assets.
• Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard the fund's assets.
• Optimize the fund’s capital structure and financing strategies.

Statutory ang tax reporting of Funds and GPs 
• Preparation of FATCA /CRS reporting for the Funds and LPs (annually)
• Preparation of US Tax reporting for LPs (annually) 
• Luxemburg and Cayman CIMA regulation compliance and reporting 
• Standalone Luxembourger tax forms preparations (income taxes and VAT for Funds and GP) 
• Cayman substance rules regulation and reporting preparation 
• Various regulations requests from Funds AIFM, Transfer agents and Administrators

Qualifications: 
• Fluent English 
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably within the private equity sector or experience in an audit/accounting firm.
• Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, and audit processes.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.

We are looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) engineer to assess software product quality through manual and automated testing. You will be responsible for finding and reporting bugs and glitches, validating the documentation stays up to date, assuring that the system performs
In this role, you should have a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills. If you are also competent in executing test cases and are passionate about quality, we’d like to meet you.
Job responsibilities
Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases.
Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate quality testing activities.
Perform manual/automated testing on web browsers and mobile devices.
Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs.
Liaise with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify product requirements.
Monitor debugging process results.
Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies.
Required qualifications
At least 2 years of experience in a Quality Assurance role.
Experience in QA of distributed and loosely coupled systems.
Experience with API testing.
Ability to do manual testing across multiple browsers (Chrome, Safari, Edge, IE), devices (iPhone, iPad, laptop, desktop), operating system (Windows, OSX).
Experience in the development of test automation tools/frameworks (e.g. Selenium, Junit, TestNG, etc.).
Experience in Jira and any task management tool is a big plus.
Knowledge of programming or scripting languages (e.g. SQL, Java, Javascript, Python, Ruby, C++/C#, etc.) is a plus.
Familiarity with the SDLC, preferably in an Agile environment.
Experience in the Fintech industry is a plus.
Ability to operate comfortably in a multi-task / multi priority environment across a global team.
Analytical mindset and problem-solving aptitude.

Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Accountant at LOGITASC LTD. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for day-to-day accounting tasks, including managements reporting, reconciliations, tax calculation and planning, compliance, and simple financial analysis.

Responsibilities:
• Daily data entry to the accounting system (ESOFT) and monthly reconciliation
• Debtor&Creditor Reconciliation
• Payroll for Cyprus companies, incl
• Assisting employees in the preparation and submission of IR1
• Preparation of the Company’s payroll, social insurance, PAYE
• Timely tax reporting in accordance with Cyprus and EU legislation
• VAT, VIES preparation and submission
• Calculation and submission of provisional tax
• Management Reporting
• Assistance in Audit process with local providers
• Ad hoc tasks for accounting and tax matters

Requirements and skills:
• Experience with accounting software ESOFT and Premier Payroll
• 6+ years of relevant accounting experience
• Deep knowledge of Cyprus tax legislation (Personal income tax, VAT, VIES, Corporate tax, etc).
• Degree in Finance/Economics/Accounting, ACCA certification would be an advantage
• Knowledge of IFRS reporting standards
• Fluency in Russian and English, Greek as a huge advantage
• Proficiency in using MS Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and remotely
