Technology company Quantango, seeks an energetic and dynamic Team Assistant to perform various administrative duties in our Limassol office. We need someone who can manage receipts, draft documents, handle office administration, and add a bit of magic to our team.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in a similar role, excellent organizational skills, a willingness to learn, and proficiency in English, Russian, and Greek, both verbally and in writing. A driving license with access to a car is required.

Responsibilities
• Accounting Support: Manage and file invoices, receipts, and card statements.
• Document Management: Scan and copy documents, file agreements and drafts, arrange KYC document collections, and manage migration documentation collection.
• Travel Coordination: Arrange travel, including air tickets, hotel bookings, and taxi services, and organize events and parties.
• Inventory Management: Oversee office supplies inventory, including stationery and supermarket orders, and manage office catering.
• Facility Maintenance: Ensure the maintenance of office facilities and equipment.
• Administrative Support: Perform various administrative tasks to maintain the smooth operation of the office.
• Team Assistance: Provide support to colleagues as needed.

Requirements
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Fluent in Russian or Ukrainian.
• Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English and Greek.
• Valid driving license with access to a car (compensation provided).
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and/or MS Office.
