Responsibilities:
* Communicate with new and existing clients via phone, emails, live chats
* Document client-related information within the CRM
* Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, aiming for first-call resolution or timely follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction. * Handle escalated customer concerns with empathy and patience, escalating to the appropriate departments when necessary
Requirements:
* Fluent English
* Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem solving skills
* Familiarity with back-office operations in the financial sector (as an advantage)
